1. PERIOD FOR THE MODIFICATION OF THE BASIS OF QUOTATION OF AUTONOMOUS WORKERS.
As every year for these Dates, we remind you that the Autonomous workers will be able to change the quotation base twice a year, choosing another, whenever they request, in this first period, before the 1st of May 2017, with Effects of 1 of JULY 2017 (after the date of May 1, the changes requested before October 31, will be effective as of January 1, 2018),
We attach, by way of example, comparative scale with some options.
DETERMINATION OF THE BASE OF QUOTATION:
From 1-1-2017, the contribution base for self-employed workers is set within the limits that represent the minimum (€ 893.10 / month) and maximum (€ 3,751.20 / month).
Depending on the age they have on that date and the bases for which they are quoting, the applicable bases are adjusted according to the following rules:
- For minors under 47 years of age, as well as for Workers of 47 years who are registered in the RETA, or who add a contribution base in the month of December 2016. Have been equal or superior to 1,964.70 € / month: Choose the worker between the minimum and maximum cited.
